My exciting experience began on April 12, 2016 , when I went to Sardinia, in order to view land to build a seaside villa as a holiday home.
After crossing all of Sardinia from north to south, a real estate agent took me to see a villa in Lido del Sole.
Crossing the stone arch that leads to the private garden overlooking the sea, a unique emotion passed through me reaching the heart and head. I had fallen in love with the exclusivity of that place.
This is where it all began!

My mission , starting from that important moment that marked my entire path, was to research and identify
exclusive locations in strategic places, which are able to arouse in all my customers, the same emotion that I felt with the purchase of the house in Sardinia.

In order to better enjoy this emotion of exclusivity that only certain locations can give (Villa just 5 meters from the sea, luxury mountain chalet directly on the ski slope, luxury apartment with full Spa in the bedroom in the main street of Verona) it is necessary to offer the customer the relaxation that only an oasis of exclusive luxury and well-being can guarantee.
That's why all the 8 structures of the LUXURY WELLNESS HOMES group are characterized by their internal and internal presence
outside, complete wellness solutions with saunas, whirlpools, swimming pool, Turkish bath, and the possibility of having a private masseur at your disposal.

Now that I have become host or better " Super Host " for the various awards received by Booking, Airbnb and other OTAs, my mission
everyday is to make my customers feel like I felt in the past, being on the other side (it is only three years since I started the host's adventure) that is to choose exclusive, luxurious and equipped places as holiday locations every type of comfort, such as the possibility of having access to a private Spa, taking advantage of services worthy of a 5-star hotel, but with the privacy that only a private home can offer you.
Always to stay on the subject of privacy and luxury, what could be nicer than having a chef, perhaps a starred one, who cooks for you and your family?
